CHINA ON MY MIND
JUNE 2008
My interest in Chinese Herbs and Qigong came first and brought me to China. The experience was one of
enlightenment and amazement in many ways. China is fascinating and intriguing..politically, socially and culturally
Visually I became enamored with the stone work and rockery, the traditional landscape paintings
in the Shanghai Museum, variations on the color Red, incredible embroidered work in the
flea markets and the energies and compelling graphics of the Contemporary Art World.
